Our Story

Chesco Inc, was established in 1985 as a non-profit 501(c)(3) that helps adults and youth, and seniors. This assistance will help folks live, work, and fully participate successfully in their communities, homes, and jobs.

Today, we operate in the Monadnock  region of New Hampshire. All supports are rooted on the philosophy of individual uniqueness to living, learning, and dreaming.

Chesco was initially created as the first community based, supported employment agency in the area. Today our services include whatever it takes to fully live, participate, and enjoy life at home, on the job, and in the community.

Chesco currently supports over 80 individuals with developmental disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and mental health support needs. We assist youth aging out of special education services and even Seniors who want to remain in their homes with a little bit of extra help.

Currently, we employ over 150 Direct Support Professionals, Program Managers, Registered Nurses, and Administrative Staff. All employees touch the lives of individuals served on a regular basis. This ensures that our purpose, daily work, mission, and philosophy remain cohesive and mindful to all involved.
